A well set up auction is the basis for selling products. This is a short guide to set up your auctions properly.


1. Logo

Add your logo to all your auctions.
Logos are easily recalled by potential customers and they say a lot about a company.
You may add your telephone number or your email address to your logo to make life easier for the customers.
This is how you add your logo to all your auctions:

    1. click "my account"
    2. click "my account" (right next to "activity" and "my messages")
    3. click "edit your personal profile"
    4. click "logo" and add your logo

After a few minutes your logo will appear in all your active auctions. Please bear in mind that your logo may not be wider than 650 pixel.


2. Product description

Write a full description of your item. Do not write a one or two sentence description. In general there is more to say than just a few words and your customers want to know everything. Add details like:

-quantity
-measurements
-weight
-colour
-particular characteristics
-information on the origin of your item   


3. Search terms

Here is some empathy needed. Add such terms to your auction´s titel and description which your potential customer would use to find your item. Maybe words like "fur", "body", "plate", "plates", "sable", "mink", "jackets" and so on might fit.
Please be fair and use only such terms which describe your particular item. In case you use search terms which do not describe your item we will delete your auction and block your account.


4. Pictures

Upload as many pictures (7) as possible (a picture is worth a 1000 words). Try to use high quality pictures only. Show your items from different positions and different angles. If you do not have a professional photo equipment we will help you. Read more about that HERE.
